A floral fight broke out between Kenn Scott and D&G.

The late designer’s foundation is appealing in a case versus the Italian designers, who are accused of copying 10 of Kenn Scott’s floral patterns in a collection back in 2001.
The designers have been found guilty for using four patterns and are obligated to pay over $120,000 to the foundation, who are still appealing for copyright infringement on all of the designs. A final verdict is scheduled for no sooner than 2009.
