Gisele Bundchen for Ebel

Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen is the face for Ebel’s Beluga watch.

Movado Group Inc., the parent company for Ebel and Movado watches, has published ads starring the 28-year-old beauty.

Renowned photographer Craig McDean shot the ads with a focus to stir up a sense of femininity, mystery and luxury. Bundchen is shot slithering in bed across the sheets, wearing the bejeweled watch.

“The Beluga (watch) is designed specially for women, so it is appropriate to have one of the world’s most beautiful women heading the campaign.”

The classic Beluga ladies watch has been completely re-designed. It was first launched by Swiss watchmaker Ebel in 1985. The new designs incorporate a generous use of quality diamonds, mother of pearl and 18-carat gold.

The watch goes for £25,000 ….and who better to wear the timeless classic than the highest paid model in the world? Look out for Bundchen on Ebel’s posters as well as in fashion and lifestyle magazines this fall.
