Crocs are by far the most ugliest shoes I’ve ever seen in my life. I do not own a pair, and I refuse to in the future.They remind me of some rubbery clogs with enormous perforations. Seductive, eh? And yet six million pairs have been sold around the world . We are drowning in Crocs. I’ve seen them in all the possible “up-scaled” cities in the world: NYC, LA, Mtl,Paris,etc. They are even sold at the airport’s departure gate..as if it was a necessary thing to have on board with you. Soon they will make Faux Crocs and sell them at the Dollar store (which should be their real retail value).

The invasion doesn’t stop there. Even the President proudly wears these infantile beach shoes at his ranch. But my main concern here is good old Hollywood. Hollywood’s finest have access to everything from high-end stylists to designer freebies, so what are they doing wearing the season’s ugliest shoe? Celebrities like Terri Hatcher, Jack Nicholson, Adam Sandler and Jared Leto have been photographed in their Crocs. Indeed, marketeers have done their work: comfortable and cheap. But may I remind you dear Hollywood that this is not a scary movie!
