Heiress Paris Hilton unveiled her namesake clothing line yesterday at Kitson, a trendy boutique known for its celebrity clientele. The singer, author, and perfume designer appeared in the most expensive piece of her collection: a Gold Sequin minidress priced at $128, which is also available in black and silver.”It’s a dream come true to have my own clothing line,” she said. “It’s just Paris style: fun, bright and flashy.” The collection which includes jeans, t-shirrts and dresses is very affordable, with prices ranging from $34 for a t-shirt, to $128 for her Sequin minidress. In-style jeans such as the Light Blue Wide Leg denim and the Heiress Skinny Leg dark denim are both priced at $88 and $78 respectively. Other interesting pieces are the Black Chain Halter Top($78), the Grey Bow Halter Top ($68), the Pink Pleated Blouse ($78) as well as several 100% cotton t-shirts sold for $34-$38. Unlike other celebrities who launch their own clothing line, Paris proudly wears her pieces. On several occasion she has been spotted wearing her Paris t-shirts and that is a good enough reason to, at least, not discriminate her line.Items are now available at Kitson and it is said that additional pieces are to be released in September.
