The rumors continue to circulate that Scottish actor, Sir Sean Connery is the next famous face to advertise for iconic line Louis Vuitton.

Hmm. Do I smell a trend emerging? Older celebrities coming back into vogue as spokes-models for older luxury lines? Using classics to sell classics? Perhaps Elizabeth Taylor will reemerge with another fragrance or something.

Of course, Sir Connery isn’t the first older gentleman to appear in Louis Vuitton ads. Keith Richards and Francis Ford Coppola have also lent their face famous to the luxury brand as well. But really, who better to promote the classic, sophisticated and sexy brand than the orginal James Bond himself?
