Jennifer Love Hewitt has reportedly delayed her wedding.

It is rumoured that Hewitt and her fiancé, actor Ross McCall, have decided to postpone their nuptials following a rocky patch caused by the amount of time spent apart. A small, summer wedding was rumoured to take place this year.

Hewitt reportedly ruled out a summer wedding saying she didn’t want to be “a sweaty bride”, and revealed she was looking forward to a “small, private, romantic and wonderful” ceremony.

A friend of Hewitt reportedly commented, saying: “Things aren’t great between them. It’s hard because he’s filming in New Mexico and she’s in Los Angeles. The relationship is strained and their wedding won’t happen anytime soon.”

There are also rumours buzzing around that they may have a ‘surprise’ wedding, with Hewitt commenting that they may just wake up one day and decide to go tie the knot.

The ‘Ghost Whisperer’ star, 29, got engaged to McCall, 32, last November.

The actress recently shed close to 20lbs after unflattering pictures of her on the beach were published.
