Kelly Osbourne joins Jeans for Genes
Kelly Osbourne is doing her part to support the UK’s “Jeans for Genes” program. She modeled the 2008 “Jeans for Genes” Day Tshirt, designed by London College of Fashion student, Iain Walker.
Walker’s Sixties pop art design, featuring XY chromosomes, wowed fashion and lifestyle guru Nick Ede and designer Wayne Hemingway to make the cut for this year’s charitable campaign. His design features on both its Ts and cotton shopping bags.
“Jeans for Genes” is a charitable organization which aims to change the world for children affected by genetic disorders. ”Jeans for Genes” Day, which this year falls on Friday, October 3rd, raises awareness for the organization as they urge supporters to wear jeans instead of a uniform or suit that day.
