Due to air September 9th, stylist Rachel Zoe’s reality TV debut, “The Rachel Zoe Project”. Zoe, the controversial, stick thin stylist to the stars, apparently believes that her life and career is interesting enough to merit her very own reality TV series airing on Bravo. Making a comeback after being publicly bashed for promoting unhealthy body images to her then, skinniest of clients Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan, Zoe has shown that she is back and not going anywhere without a fight. It is claimed that the show’s aim is to focus on educating viewers about fashion, more so then about Rachel’s fabulous life as a celebrity, and filming began with Zoe at New York’s Fashion week. A sneek prewview of the series was aired August 5th, and it seems as if “The Rachel Zoe Project”, although painfully embarrassing, may be worth watching purely for the comedic relief Zoe provides as she attempts to have ‘candid’ conversations on camera and the ongoing battle between Zoe’s two assistants which proves highly entertaining. An educational show about fashion, it may not live up too, however, an entertaining half hour of mindless, smut TV “The Rachel Zoe Project” will surely provide.
