Leona Lewis to design clothes for TopShop
Chart conquering pop extraordinaire Leona Lewis is to add another string to her bow by designing clothes for Topshop. It is reported by The Sun that she and Topshop boss Philip Green have arranged a dinner date at the end of the month to hash out plans for a Leona Lewis line for next year.
It’s a smart choice for all involved - if Kate Moss is anything to go by, celebrity clothing lines for the UK’s most popular brand are guaranteed success. And with her girl-next-door image and strict no-leather, vegetarian stance, Leona makes for both a relatable and ethically conscious model for the new range. Let’s just hope she doesn’t base any of her designs on her Brit Awards gown (pictured above).
