Cheaper Starbucks Iced Drinks - $2 After 2 PM
From banana chocolate smoothies to vanilla crème frappuccinos, Starbucks is always coming up with innovative ideas. This time they are on a mission to sell more drinks during the afternoon.
Starbucks will be offering any grande iced beverages for only $2 after 2 PM. Since there’s no such thing as a free lunch, customers have to show a receipt showing that they purchased their morning coffee from any Starbucks location.
Starbucks is not cheap and Second Cup and Tim Horton’s on the corner of almost every street doesn’t make it any easier. Until now, Starbucks is costly in comparison to other coffee shops, selling their frappuccinos and other cold beverages at $5.
Ice coffees are a best seller during the afternoons after lunch and during the summer time as something light and refreshing. This could possibly be just the right way to bring back their old customers and attract new ones.
