Giorgio Armani Designs for UNICEF
Italian fashion designer, Giorgio Armani, is teaming up with UNICEF to design two dolls that will raise money for the children’s fund. The dolls that were created are named Giorgia and Tina. While Giorgia is wearing a cotton and silk dress, Tina is dressed is a pink and gray satin dress. The dolls will be first displayed from the 18th of November until the 23th of November and will be auctioned on the November the 27th. The proceeds would go towards protecting children’s rights. This is the sixth year in which designers have been asked to design dolls by the fund. In 2002, Giorgio Armani became a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
