It’s finally cool to have brains without brawn! Nice Guys no longer finish last. Girls really stay with the guy who makes them laugh. I could go on, but I think you get the point.

All over the place ‘nerdy, geeky’ guys are popping up all over the place, or rather people are just finally taking notice to them. It’s now becoming the norm for a normally perceived socially awkward, generally nonathletic boy covered in paper cuts to get ‘the’ girl. From Seth in the O.C., to Ben in Knocked Up. Bye, bye Stair Master, hello Dostoevsky.

There is just more appeal to a guy you can actually talk to, and I think a lot of people are catching on to that. I mean you can only stare at someone’s ‘assets’ for so long, and those tend to only be temporary. Just like dogs as accessories I will rue the day that muscle once again dominates over Milton (insert the smiley face with the glasses)
