Next month, Marimekko the Finnish textiles giant known for their cute/adorable patterned fabrics is debuting a clothing line at H&M, and later this year, it’s teaming up with Avon for a collection of makeup. Avon and Marimekko have collaborated on four new colorful palettes that are soon to be released

Marimekko has been around since 1951, but this is the first time that the company has collaborated on a beauty product. The collection features the Unikko pattern but the The limited edition line should debut in October that includes eye shadow, face powder, lip gloss, mascara, and some accessories. It will be interesting to see if Marimekko colors are used for the cosmetics, or if the collaboration mostly involves the packaging.
