Vogue Paris’ August issue has hit the news stands in a big way. Daria Werbowy dominates the cover in glamourous, high-impact red that is strong, sharp and seductive. It seems as if the Parisians have had enough of summer with this very intense cover, which has a distinctly autumn feel despite being the August issue. Leave it to Vogue Paris to shake things up a bit. The classic, polished Daria becomes slightly shocking as you take in her attire, which is a bit undone. Her tailored suit is disheveled, revealing some very sexy lingerie beneath. Daria’s cover shot is fabulous but is only a glimpse of the artistic photography contained inside, where Daria Werbowy is captivating in the black and white editorial, courtesy of Inez and Vinoodh. These dramatic shots are nothing short of extraordinary as Daria’s glamorous veneer gives way to a fierce, uninhibited, wildly sexy woman throughout the photos, drawing you in and then leaving you wanting more. She’s definitely secured her place at the top with this issue.
