Model Watch: Jourdan Dunn
Brit Jourdan Dunn has the fashion world in an uproar of late, being credited with breaking down race barriers that have lately arisen in modelling. The 17 year old beauty with the smooth chocolate skin has the distinction of being the first black model to walk for Prada in over ten years, and the London Times has acknowledged her impact, claiming she is “breaking the colour barrier”. New York-based Dunn first signed with Storm Management in London in 2006, and saw her career start to sky-rocket when she transferred to Women Management in 2007. Currently with Nathalie, she’s recently been featured in the July ‘08 Givenchy and Jean Paul Gaultier shows, and the fashion world can expect much more from this busy young lady.
