Girl Gets Beaten for Wearing “Obama is My Slave” T Shirt
A man who sells shirts with slogans such as “Jews Against Obama,” “Obama = Hitler” and “Who Killed Obama?” in New York City, is supposedly being sued by the wearer of one of his most controversial shirts, “Obama is My Slave.”
According to Metro, the paper that broke the story, the girl wearing the shirt was pushed, spat on, and screamed at by four African-American girls after she got off the subway. She then called Apollo Braun, born Doron Braunshtein, who is the designer and owner of the shop where she purchased the $69 shirt. She demanded her money back for the shirt, and when Braun refused, she told him she was going to sue him.
The authenticity of the story is unknown, as the girl the rumored story is about, Nathanaeli Nassimi, could not be reached for comment. Braun is telling people the story is true, along with this: “For a lot of people, when they see Obama, they see a slave.” He also said that the shirt reflects the views of “ordinary WASPs.”
MediaChannel.org’s Youth and Interactive Media Editor, Zachary Pickens, wrote a very interesting editorial about the story that can be read at www.OpEdNews.com.
