Think what you will about 16-year-old Kira Plastinina, who launches two new stores in Los Angeles this week, she is about to become a household name. Her line of generic A-line skirts, overdone mini dress tees, dated denim jackets and blah dresses that Lauren Conrad would not even bust around in, are causing people to take notice. People like Paris Hilton, unfortunately.

In all honesty, the fact that this girl is 16 and has over 40 stores in Russia, 16 more in neighboring countries and is about to explode on USA soil is something else. Does she have what it takes to hold her own against the harsh whip of critics that are sure to lash out at her in the following weeks? Maybe, maybe not. But she does have the support of mega Hollywood stars like Chris Brown, Audrina Patrdige and Hayden Panettiere who looked ridiculously gorgeous in a Vivieene Tam dress at the opening of Plastinina’s store opening.

Panettiere nails the look by keeping her hair and make up simple with a casual down-do, smoky brown eyes and nude lips. Forget about Plastinina, Pantettiere saves Dolphins and she rocks this polished yet very fresh look.
