Lanvin to launch eponymous fragrance: Jeanne Lanvin
French cult fashion house, Lavin, has unveiled their new fragrance eponymously named for its founder, Jeanne Lanvin. The scent a pink-colored “fruity gourmand” by Lanvin, has notes of blackberry, pear, citron; a heart of raspberry, white freesia, peony while the base notes are musk, sandalwood, and amber. All of this is poured into a bottle that has a mother daughter logo developed by Paul Uribe back in the 1920s. The house’s current artistic direct Alber Elbaz developed the scent with perfumer Anne Flipo“I was aiming for something simple yet sophisticated—impertinent and young—mirroring the modern woman Jeanne Lanvin was.”
