Skinny Model issue raised by CFDA

The Council of Fashion Designers of America, the CFDA ,will address the skinny model issue once again with an upcoming discussion among worldwide designers.
Although the previous seminars held last September about anorexia on the runway received severe criticism, the CFDA is now holding another discussion to raise the issue of model`s health and its impact on young girls`s body image worldwide. With as guest speakers Diane Von Furstenberg the CFDA president, Michael Kors and model Coco Rocha, the conference aims to educate the industry and raise the awareness that it is designers`s responsability to promote healthy looking models.
