Agent Provocateur MINI Helps Combat HIV/AIDS

This year’s Life Ball MINI, hosted by British lingerie label Agent Provocateur, was an arresting success.
English pop singer Sophie Ellis Bextor rode passenger-side, with Agent Provocateur founder, Joseph Corre driving the Life Ball MINI 2008 over the red carpet outside Vienna’s City Hall in front of 40,000 spectators on Saturday, May 17th.
The pair was accompanied by four models in “British policemen’s uniforms”, to accessorize this year’s design by the famed lingerie line. The new MINI Cooper Clubman was selected for this unique design and event.
A pink and black paint job, and pink flashing lights for the exterior compliment a “seductive prison cell with hand to wall cuffs and blacked out windows and iron bars,” said Corre. “The new shape is so reminiscent of the old English Mini police van that we were immediately inspired to create an Agent Provocateur styled interior that you really would want to get banged up in!”
Keeping with tradition, the sexy; new Life Ball MINI will be auctioned on eBay. The bidding begins on Thursday, June 5th, and will continue for ten days. Proceeds from the auction will be donated to Life Ball and to other HIV/AIDS projects.
So far, the auction of the “Life Ball MINIs” designed by fashion houses like, Missoni, Ferré and Versace have raised a total of € 260,000.
