Yves St. Laurent dead at 71

Legendary French designer Yves St. Laurent has passed away Sunday evening at his home in Paris after a long battle with illness. He was known for his masculine take on women’s clothing by placing them in elegant pantsuits. He was also considered the last of the great French couturier that included Christian Dior and Coco Chanel who had defined French fashion and made it the most celebrated of all styles.
