Actress and producer, Vivica A. Fox and one of the creators/executive producers of some of our favourite reality love fests, Rock of Love and Flavour of Love, have teamed up to serve you another “reality” show.

“If you have the vision to style Hollywood a-Lister from head to toe, then this is the show for you.” At least, that’s what the casting call for the new show, Glam God, says. The latest addition to reality style competitions like Project Runway, and America’s Next Top Model, Glam God, which is set to air on VH1, will be hosted by Fox and premier this summer. The focus of the show is to find “the next great celebrity stylist.”

The show is looking for the next Robert Verdi, Philip Bloch, or Rachel Zoe, and they’re not too particular about where they find that person. According to the casting call posted on realitywanted.com, they’re looking for anyone, from the personal shopper to the barber in the basement, who thinks they’ve got what it takes.

Hollywood stylist-wannabes will be competing in various challenges to test their knowledge of fashion, style trends, and to ultimately prove worthy of styling Hollywood’s elite. The winner will receive $100,000 and the opportunity to launch his or her career by styling an A-list celebrity.

Is it just me, or does this strike you as an elaborate interview for Vivica Fox’s new assistant? I mean, she isn’t exactly an a-lister, but if applicants can embellish their resumé’s, why can’t their bosses? Whatever gets you more airtime Viv, no one’s judging you.
