New York Fashion Week Fall 2008: Rock & Republic

It was the Rock & Republic horror show Saturday night at Bryant Park when designer Michael Ball sent a collection of floor-length, skin-tight stretchy gowns and oddly designed suits down the catwalk. Gone are the times of Ball’s artfully crafted jeans, denim jumpsuits and pencil-thin pants so perfect, they were worth the $300-plus some of them used to cost. Among the celebrities, Christina Millian, Kat DeLuna, Lydia Hearst and former model Tyson Beckford all sat front row at th show.
