Scarlett Johansson looks amazing on the cover of US Elle magazine November 2007 issue which is scheduled to hit newsstands nationwide on Tuesday, October 16th. In this issue, Elle announced the 2007 Women In Hollywood Award Winners. Here are the women that made the list:
