Catherine Zeta Jones sparkled last Thursday night in celebration of her debut as the new face of Di Modolo as well as the jewelry firm’s new Tempia Timepiece collection. The Oscar winner wore a Gustavo Cadile plum dress to the event, which was taking place at Di Modolo’s Madison Avenue store. “I love rocks!” Zeta-Jones exclaimed, happily wearing over 60 carats of diamonds worth a cool $2 million. “I’m like a kid in a candy store.” Benny Shabtai, president of the DiModolo, warmly welcomed Catherine . “It was love at first sight,” Shabtai sighed. “We appreciate her because of what she is — respected, talented, an actress, wife and mother. She’s also clever and beautiful.”
