Christopher Bailey’s Spring 2008 presented yesterday during Milan Fashion Week, which is called Luxury Warriors, displayed military embellishments in the form of metal, mesh, and braiding. The typical trademark squares were few and emphasis was made on outerwear with a wide variety of belted trench coats. The majority of the pieces were made in silk chiffon, bonded taffeta and scuba satin in pale and faded colors of grey and rose. Very English! As for the models, Sasha Pivarova (pictured above), Freja Beha dressed up as Posh Spice and a dark-haired Agyness Deyn showed the collection.
