The fashion child of America Marc Jacobs presented his Spring 2008 collection to a very packed crowd in the Lexington Avenue Armory very late last night. Celebrities such as Victoria Beckham, Carmen Electra, Heath Ledger, Russell Simmons, Sheryl Crow, Mischa Barton, and Courtney Love waited patiently before the show started two hours late. Several pieces seemed wearable and the collection largely follows some of the most important trends set for Spring 2008: natural colors, sequins, with a few bright colors here and there (purple, orange, pink, blue).
